In the summer of 2013 Smart XS were asked to manage the complex build for the New York launch of the Nokia Lumia 1020. Set in one of the piers off of the Hudson River, the challenging site was almost 300m end to end requiring each part of the build to be micro-managed.
The show was a walk-through site that started with a reception area leading on to the main conference area. Following the key note speeches the giant LED screen opened up allowing delegates to walk through in to the many demo experiences and meeting areas.
Despite numerous curve balls, late nights and a 40 degree plus heat wave Smart XS were once again able to overcome and to deliver another successful project.
